Free Advanced Analysis: 3 full runs per month

Advanced Analysis on the free tier just changed. Until now, free users had unlimited access but with the headline features — pacing plan and required-wind analysis — locked behind Pro. From today, free users get three full Advanced Analysis runs per UTC calendar month, with nothing held back inside the cap.

Free analyses this month meter showing 3 / 3 used. The card lists the three segments analyzed — Zig-zag, Otweg Haven, and Knallen door Koudekerk Noord van water — each with an Analyze link, plus an Upgrade button and a note that re-opening segments you already analyzed is still free.
The new free-tier meter on the Advanced Analysis page: three full runs per month, with the segments you've used them on listed inline.

What you get on free

  • Three full analyses per month. Pacing plan, required-wind hero, advanced settings — all unlocked within the cap.
  • Re-opening counted segments is free. Once a segment is on this month's list, you can re-open it as many times as you want without burning another run.
  • Unlimited segment browsing. The map, wind scores, filters, watchlist, and email alerts are unchanged — the cap only applies to the Advanced Analysis deep-dive.

Why we changed it

The old model let free users skim every segment but never feel what KOMpass really does. Three full runs is enough to actually plan a KOM attempt — and once you've felt the pacing plan and required-wind analysis on your own segments, the value of going Pro is obvious.

The cap resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Going Pro lifts it entirely along with the other Pro perks: 72-hour forecast lookahead, per-segment alert thresholds, wind-score map colours, and KOM Finder viewport mode.
